Stargirl

Stargirl and Leo are officially a couple.  Leo is having second thoughts about what he is sacrificing to be her friend.  Have you ever sacrificed anything to be friends with someone?  If so what was it?  Was it worth it?

Vocabulary test for this week will be taken from all of the words so far.  There will be 15 words.

Stargirl Week four

At the end of Chapter 17 Stargirl took Leo to her Enchanted Place.  Do you have an Enchanted Place?  What I think the author means by an enchanted place is where you feel completely comfortable and at ease.  I would have two places one would be my home, but the other place is when I go to a baseball game.  I feel very "at home" when I go to a baseball game.  The atmosphere is very comforting for me.

excommunicated- to exclude from membership of a group

ambled- to walk at a slow, easy pace
